Thanks for your reply.
So, here it's important to add some insights. You can use Spotify Connect to transfer the session onto your TV. Now, if you choose to play a Video within the app on your mobile, then using Connect will play that video on your TV.
Now, if perhaps you have queued songs that contain video on your mobile device, it's expected that those will play just audio on your TV. You can tap the Switch to video option above the song title in the Now Playing view on your device, so the video will play on your TV. After that, all queued songs will play video (if available for those tracks).

Hola, tengo una tv con android tv 11. Y un celular Samsung a15 versión 14. La versión de la app en el celular es la beta y en la tv la oficial. Pero una sola vez me dejo reproducir un video mediante Spotify connect y ahora cuando quiero volver a reproducir un video se me cambia automáticamente a audio.
Ojalá que haya una pronta solución en la próxima actualización.

In this case, would you mind opening a different account on your devices to see if you notice any difference? You can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open their account on both your devices and check.
Keep in mind that by signing up as a Beta tester of the Spotify app, you will get early versions of our new releases before we roll them out to everyone else. It's possible to find issues and crashes on those versions of the app, as the version it's in its final stages before being released.

My Question or Issue
We have 3 x Sky Stream boxes setup to TVs in different rooms in our house and a few weeks ago I discovered the 'Switch to video' feature during playback on the App on the Sky Stream box in the kitchen, and subsequently used it in all 3 rooms.
However, the option has disappeared. I can still switch to video on my mobile and have done that this morning. When I use the app to change the playback from my mobile to the TV, I use the TV UI to select 'Play on this TV', playback switches to the TV and for a tiny instance the 'Switch to video' button appears on the TV UI, but then instantly it disappears - like such a small amount of time you can't even move to it.
Please can you let me know options to fix? I've refreshed (Sky language for updated) the App on the Sky Stream box, but that hasn't helped.

Hola yo también tengo el mismo problema y tengo una tv con android pero a mi directamente no me aparece la opción para cambiar a video igual este tema queda abierto hasta que aya una solución. Proba desinstalarlo e instalarlo nuevamente.

The suggestion to use Spotify Connect does not resolve my problem.
I have used 'Switch to video' on all of the TVs connected to Sky Stream boxes in the house before. It's now no longer available.
I've tried Spotify Connect this morning on the TV in the kitchen and whilst the song plays audio on the TV, there is no video displayed and no option to turn on video.
Please suggest why 'Switch to video' is not available in the TV app.
