Sync Desktop Queue with WinPhone

I recently upgraded to Spotify premium.  My Windows Phone (Nokia 521) is showing up under my list of offline devices on my account.  However, I still cannot figure out how to control my desktop Spotify application (Windows 7) from my phone and vice versa.  For example, if I add songs to the queue on the computer, can that be played from the phone?  I suppose the main question is where the "Connect" button is on the Windows phone application...

Actually there's no Connect right now on Windows Phone app.
