Syncing Samsung Music to Spotify

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 but I haven't been able to figure out how to sync my Spotify Account to the Samsung Music App. Both my Spotify app on my both and on my laptop (windows) are up to date

Spotify comes preinstalled on all Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e devices. If you have a Galaxy Note, you can download the Spotify app from the Google Play Store.
