TV app not connecting

TV app not connecting

It shows Error Code: -21::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
All devices on same wifi. Spotify fine on phones & iPad. Deleting & reloading app didn’t help. Has worked on our TV for over a year.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We'd suggest that you try restarting your devices and your router to make sure everything is synced up.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network to connect. In case you don't have another network available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to try it.
