se cobro de mi tarjeta pero sigo con spotify free

se cobro de mi tarjeta pero sigo con spotify free

Revise el estado de mi cuenta y valido un cobro de spotify del dia 13 de abril, sin embargo al ingresar no cuento con premiun, solo tengo el free.

Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

By saying that you're paying for Premium but your account is still on free, you got us thinking that the payment you made might not be successful. You can start by taking a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month.
 

You can also check your plan on the account page, under Your plan.


If you still are not seeing Premium on this account but you know you've activated the subscription, we'd suggest that you take a look at this article. It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us - there are steps for finding a second account in the FAQ.

 

If the account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in as this will force a sync between the account and the device.
