Text in the lyrics part does not appear, it is empty/blank

The lyrics of the song just don't appear, it's empty, Also when I want to share them I can select them but they still don't appear. This hasnt happened to me before.

Seems like you're having an issue worth investigating.

As a first step, you should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

If not, please search for the issue in the respective help section and post there to be in the loop. If it doesn't exist you can create a new topic, so it can fixed.

I already tried to log out of my account and log un again but it doesnt work, I also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it doesn't seem to work, also clearing cache, etc. None of those things didnt work.

To investigate further, could you let us know when this started happening and if the lyrics appear empty for other songs as well? Is it only this specific song?

From the screenshots you provided, it looks like you're using an external device to stream music on. If you're playing directly from the phone, does this change anything? 

Lastly, let us know how the lyrics section looks like for you if you're logged in to your account on another device.

Thanks for replying and try to solve my problem. This was an issue with my device's dark mode, turning it on, for some reason, It removes part of the design and also the letters from the lyrics.

I already solved this by disabling dark mode only for Spotify.

However this hasnt happened before, because I've always had dark mode on. Maybe it's an update issue with my device or with Spotify. Thanks.

It's great to hear that this is fixed for you and we appreciate you sharing the detail about enabling/disabling dark mode on your phone. We'll make sure to pass the info on to the relevant team.

We can't say exactly why this happened and upon checking we couldn't find other users that have reported the same behavior, so maybe it was a temporary issue. Just to be on the safe side, we recommend always keeping Spotify up-to-date.

I assume you have exactly the same as in my screenshots, maybe you can upload how it looks on your device. But like I said, just turning off dark mode should solve it, It depends on what device you have so you can deactivate dark mode only for Spotify.
