My Question or Issue

I am from Kazakhstan and couple weeks ago I subscribed to premium plan.  One of the reasons for switching to Spotify was podcasts. However, there is no podcasts section, just music. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

The Podcast section is located in the categories displayed when you hit the Search button. However, if you don't have the option displayed, this means that we don't currently have Podcasts content available for your country.

 

We're sorry that this means you're not able to use Spotify like you wish to do at the moment, but we hope you'll continue using it and find it gets better in the future. We're always testing things by adding or removing features to make Spotify better overall.

Yes, I think the podcast section is not available in my country.

Spotify's subscription price is not adapted to my country's economy. However, it is adopted in our neighboring countries. And we do not have full functionality. It is unfair, IMHO.

Can Spotify do something about it?

Your feedback is important. so we've forwarded it to our internal teams. While we can't say when or if podcasts will launch in your country at this time, rest assured we'll post an article on our Newsroom website if we have any new information to share on the matter.
