Top up not showing up in my audiobook tab

Top up not showing up in my audiobook tab

I purchased 10 hours of top up for my audiobook, listening time two days ago and they are still not showing up on my Spotify. I followed the discussion thread that went on yesterday with issues with top ups, but mine was not fixed.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! And kudos for already checking the Ongoing Issues thread 🙂

 

Just to make sure we cover all bases, as the above issue should now be fixed, could you try clearing stored cache? Once it's done, make sure to log out from the app and back in again. Completing these steps should resync your account info. If possible, you can also sign in to the app on another device, to see if you notice any difference.

 

Shouldn't that do the trick, could you double-check if the listening hours are visible on your subscription page? You can check this by going to your account page > Subscription > Audiobook listening time. Feel free to send us a screenshot of how it looks from your end, just make sure it doesn't include any personal info. 

 

It's worth noting that if you’ve used up an audiobook listening time purchase, the details are automatically removed from the listening time overview.
