Unlink from Playstation without Access

A few years ago, I had a PS4 and I used Spotify to listen to music. I sold the PS4, and I can no longer remember the PSN account that I used. I want to use Spotify with my new PS4 and new account.

Your best solution here would be reaching out to PlayStation Support as they may possibly be able to release your Spotfiy account so you can use it on your new PS4. Spotify are unable to do it from their end and you'd need to reach PS Support. They do currently have a few changes to their contact methods due to COVID-19, so I'd recommend checking out their website for the most up to date contact options.
