User Notifications

Since the beginning of the year I haven't been getting any user notifications at all. I follow tons of playlists and artists and I know for sure that some artists have new albums and a playlist I follow was just updated yesterday. I have the notifications on in settings on every device I use, so theres no reason for me to not be getting them. It will show with the green dot that I do have notifications, but when I click it it says that I have no notifications. This happens on all of my devices too, and I use an iMac, acer laptop, and an iPhone. I am also updated to the latest version on all of them.
