Just to check, does this happen when you use our web player on a different browser, or when using an incognito window? If not, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies for the web browser you're using.

You can try by clearing Spotify's cookies and clear cache, if it still don't work then try reinstalling your browser or clear all data from your browser

Can someone from Spotify tell us there is the volume control in the web player? 

For Spotify: Do you think that the volume control is the second most important feature after the choice what to listen to? I am amazed that we need to look up the answer to this online.
