[WP 8.0] "cannot play track in offline mode" with full internet

Nokia 1020, WP8, Spotify and phone software up to date.  21 of 27GB used on phone.  Spotify deleted and reinstalled 4 times now.

95% of the time I go to select a track I get the "cannot play track in offline mode" popup.  This will happen with as much as 5 bars of LTE.  And happens ALL THE TIME with NO "Spotify is offline" header bar.  Restarting the phone solves it about half the time.  Until I go to change albums, it will continue to play the current album all the way through, but if I go to select another track it will give me the "cannot play track in offline mode."  I'd be rebooting my phone 30x a day if I did it every time I got the warning.  

If I do get the "spotify is offline" indicator it wont reconnect to save its life once better signal is reached.

Forget downloading at 3g when it cant even connect w three bars of LTE!!!!!

Out of my mind over here, please help me before I see that damned warning again and throw my phone out the car window.
