[WP7] Sync - Can Spotify Finally Make this Reliable?

Spotify team - can you please get a handle and fix the synch issues? This happens again and again. Playlist appears on PC desktop. Same playlist appears on iOS iPhone 6. Add a track (on either) - does not appear in the opposite device playlist....not in an hour, a day, a week, a month. Signed out, signed in again both devices. Unistalled, reinstalled iOS. Nada. 

What gives?
