[WP8.1] Track not availabe in the current region

I have recently started to experience problems playing some songs on my Windows Phone 8.1 (Nokia Lumia 920). I am online and when I search and browse, the track will come up but when I press play it says "Can't play this track. Sorry it is not available in the current region". One example is the Sam Smith album 'In the lonely hour' - only 4 tracks are playable in this region. I have looked at other posts and seen the solution around the chain/linked tracks but I don't think this applies I am online, and I know on the main PC at home this is not linked to anything else as I have re-formatted my PC recently and not put any music back on there (this problem is not linked to the reformat of my PC as the problem existed before the reformat). I got the same error on my Lumia 930. Trying to listen to Amanda Bergman's Vinterland single I just saw on a tv commercial.. This is a digital world, skip these stupid restrictions! I pay for my music!

I am having region errors on WP 8.1 as well. Most of the albums which are playing without a problem on iOS, are giving "not available in your region" error on WP. My phone's region is correctly set same as my Spotify account region. So it should be playing without a problem.
Any ideas?

Same here only it is parts of albums that I am unable to play. In fact I am finding that only two or three tracks from albums will actually play, others just give the current region nonsense. Thank god I got this for free. Would be gutted if I had to pay for this crap.
