Ways to present an idea

My Question or Issue

Dear all,

What are the possibilities (besides the community-platform) to present an idea to Spotify? I ask because in my opinion, my idea is not just a small improvement, but a way to diversify significantly to other streaming platforms.
Therefore, I would like to get paid a little for the idea and not just give it away.

PS: I know that everyone thinks that their idea is revolutionary.

Hey @maximilian17, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The only way I know to share an Idea where Spotify can take a look after it reaches a certain amount of votes is the Ideas board. There is more information about creating an Idea on the Community here.

Once it gets the necessary amount of votes, Spotify will take the idea into consideration and will be viewed by the internal teams at Spotify.

But that also means that you more or less lose the "rights" to your idea, or are there other regulations?
