My Question or Issue

the random mode does not work properly ..... and that since many, many years !!!
Because the titles played are only found in a small part of the playlist ..... the random mode is therefore very limited (only artists locate in the same places of the playlist).

We want a true SHUFFLE MODE !!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

If you're using Spotify Connect or another wireless connection method to play from one device to another, it's possible only the first 100 tracks in the playlist are transferred to the other device, which means the shuffled tracks are only selected from those first 100 tracks.We also suggest you check this help article to get more info on shuffle's .

Hi,

Since 2016 that many users claim a noticeable improvement in "shuffle" reading .... you did not believe that your developers could modify this algorithm (we are on basic computer programming !!).
