Web Player Session not closing

When I am playing on my iphone or desktop App, the app switch to web player without a reason (not opened by me). I already used the ¨Close all session feture" but still getting the problem.

Hey @ingbalfaro, help's here. 

You may have forgotten to log out somewhere. We suggest that you reset your password, and make sure to log out everywhere (the option is found on your account page).
