My Question or Issue

My Spotify Web Player stops for about 3-5 seconds on every song at 0:09. I've cleared everything possible and it still does it. How can I fix this?

I had this problem - I updated chromium and that resolved the issue. Seems to be a recurring problem. Various other suggeted fixes never worke for me but this one did.
