Hey @nosoyelchalo.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

Also, make sure you're oppening the web player from this link.

Keep us posted.

I was redirected constantly to https://open.spotify.com/login URL, which has one button, which opens a new window with https://open.spotify.com/undefined/login_request URL.

I tried cleaning the cache or use incognito mode on Firefox, chrome and opera.

This problem happed when i press "Close session everywhere" button.  I tried in another laptop and works spotify web.

Hey folks!

Thanks for getting back to us with this information.

Let's make sure other applications like antivirus or firewalls aren't blocking the Spotify website.

Also, could you try using a different web browser to see if it helps?

Keep us posted.

Hi, My antivirus and firewall aren't blocking the Spotify web. I tried in Opera, Chrome and Firefox. Don't work. The problem is in laptop of my job.-

Hey @nosoyelchalo.

Does the same happen on other devices using your work's internet connection?

This could be related to the internet setup, and you'll need to contact your IT dept for more information.

Keep us posted.

Hi, i uninstalled my antivirus and don't work. Then, i tried login in another laptop with same network and i can listen music. I discard "Network problems". Thank you.

That's odd.

Could you try downloading the desktop app on the laptop that's having this issue to see if you have access to it?

Also, as you've tried multiple browsers, could you try one more time using an incognito window or private browsing?

All the best.

Hi, I'm from the same country (Chile) and I have the same problem trying to enter the web player, try to enter through several browsers, same problem.

Hi again,

I download the desktop app and login in but show "Offline" bar.

I tried again with Opera, firefox browsers and private browsing, but it still doesn't work. I use a user/pass to connect a internet. But i tried with another user/pass to connect and login in spotify web, but dont work.

If the problem is firewall, What is the configuration for spotify web?

Thank you.

Hey @juanito_sex.

Have you tried following the steps mentioned above in this thread?

Here's a summary of the troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Clear the cache and cookies memories in your browser
  • Try a different browser
  • Try through an incognito or private window in your browser
  • Make sure applications like antivirus or firewalls aren't blocking the Spotify website.
  • Make sure there isn't a network limitation

We hope this helps 🙂
