My Question or Issue

When I go to spotify.com, I get redirected to https://www.spotify.com/nl/home/. Similarly, when I open a link on the desktop app, the page that opens is in Dutch and has /nl/ in the url.

My location, IP location, and account location are all in Finland.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you try changing the country code in the link to the correct one, then close the tab or window, and try to open a link again to see if that helps?

 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if the same happens in a different browser, and when using an incognito/private window?

Hi,
The problem persists in Mozilla Firefox after navigating to correct language and closing the tab. In Google Chrome, there's the same issue but with /us/ instead of /nl/. However, in incognito mode the link opens in correct language in both browsers.
