My Question or Issue

 There is a problem with the Spotify web player. I changed my Korean to Korean on my laptop, but I'm learning Korean and it really helps. However, if you do not click on anything in the player, it will go to the gray screen, the background of the website and play music, but you can not do anything, skip the song, do anything and it's terrible. Can you solve this problem or should I fix it with my laptop company?
