Why am I having trouble playing songs on xfinity 1 app on tv?

My Question or Issue

I've recently started using spotify. I have been trying to listen to Sleeping with Sirens on spotify through the app I have with my xfinity 1 on my tv. It will only play songs from certain albums. On some songs, it will just sit a 0:00. I downloaded spotify on my computer just to see if I would have the same issue and I did not. It would play the songs on my laptop that it would not play on the tv.

Is there anyway I can fix spotify on my tv so I can listen to all of the songs I want to.

Can you confirm if you have issues with a specific album, artist or content in general, and if the majority of tracks play well or it's generally not working?
