Why can't a specific song play completely on my spotify?

Why can't a specific song play completely on my spotify?

Every time I try playing the song SCAR by CHE, it always stops sound COMPLETELY at exactly 2:27. the song will show that it's continuing to play, BUT WITHOUT SOUND. It's been happening for months. Is there a way to fix this ?

Thanks for the reply, The behaviour is the same on our end so if you only have this issue with this song, then its most likely a problem with the song itself. Please follow the steps here to report this.

This is the way to report content with errors. You can use a nickname, if you want.

Actually got confused with something on the steps for reporting. On step 3,it says "Your relationship to the rightsholder*", but there are only two options, which I am non-related. What do I do ?
