i got a duo invite, i typed the exact address and it says it doesn't match

i have tried it 10 times, my mom sent me the screenshot of the address she used and it will not work

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

First off, we'd recommend that you make sure that the country set on each account matches the one on the plan manager's account(in your case - your country should match your mom's). You can double check that on your account page. Keep in mind that Premium Duo is a discounted plan for people, who live together at the same address. If you live together - you should be able to join the plan. 

We'd suggest that you try accepting the invitation link again, but this time - use a different device. Don't forget to compare the address to the one that the plan manager entered.

Tip: We usually advise using an incognito window when accepting the invite as it doesn't keep that info saved.
