Why cant I use enhance option

I reinstalled my app several times yet I am not able to access the enhance option

In order for us to investigate further, can you please let us know the following:

• Your device model, OS version and Spotify version.
• Is the Enhance feature grayed out or not showing up at all?
• Does this happen with all your playlists?
• Is the same thing happening when you're using a different device?

If possible, send us a few screenshots of how things look on your end.
