Why does the white dot in the song slider does not appear

The white dot in the song slider does not appear in the songs from my playlist that I made, but it appears in the song in the playlist made by spotify. What do I have to do so that the white dot in the song slider appears in the song from my playlist?

The 'white dot' is the thing where you can start the song where you want it at, i circled it in the picture

Are you referring to the ability to rewind or fast forward a track using a free account? If so, this is possible only on particular Made For You playlists, as you have observed. More on the differences between Premium and free you can find here.

Or do you have a Premium account?
