Why has my Spotify created thousands of empty playlists?

I opened the spotify app and thousands of empty playlists titled "My playlist #8,792" etc had been created. I contacted support and were able to remove all of them, however 10 minutes later, they all reappeared, with more. They MULTIPLIED. They are lagging my whole phone and computer and I do not want to have to make a new account as I have had it for years.

This is a very peculiar case. The unknown generation of Playlists could inform us of a possible security breach on your account. You've done very well to reach out to our friends in Support as they are better suited to help out in matters such as these.
