Why iam I paying a premium app and still have all the adds

Iam paying for something i don’t get and it will be great as iam on a metal heathal plan,like to talk to someone not a text about this

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with Spotify and you've updated one of them to Premium but the other one is still on free. This would explain why you still hear all the ads.

Take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account and with that your Premium features.

You could have been listening to a podcast, or two. That's the spiel i have been getting from them, and it would appear that a premium "ad-free" plan, only covers music. Which is pretty weird if you ask me because paying for an ad-free plan usually means ad-free everywhere (not on Spotify though).
