Hey there @thakiti,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

That being said, we’d like to add some insights. We could not replicate the behavior you’ve described. When right-clicking over a playlist in the desktop app and web player, we can either delete or remove a playlist from the library.

Since you mentioned you can’t perform this action, would you sending us:

  • A screenshot of what you see on your side.
  • The exact Spotify version you’re running on your computer.
  • Does this happen when trying to remove/delete a specific playlist?

Just to clarify, on Android devices you should be able to tap and hold over the playlist in your library to display a menu in which you can see the option to remove/delete a certain playlist. Can you perform this action or are you having issues with it as well?

Lastly, on devices like iPads, it’s expected to not be able to display the option to remove/delete by tapping and holding. You need to open the playlist, and locate its three-dot menu at the top to find the option.

We value every piece of feedback you share with us; but our Ideas board is to help us receive new product and feature suggestions that will allow us to improve our app and service for everyone. When having issues with the performance of the app, you should post your inquiries in our help boards. Now, in general, keep in mind that when posting within the Community it’s important to follow our Guidelines.

We’ll be on the lookout!

@thakiti,

Your rage is interfering with your ability to effectively communicate. This message is essentially the equivalent of you screaming into a bag of Doritos.
