Why is Spotify rejecting my gift card?

When trying to redeem my Spotify gift card, bought by my son here in the UK, PIN number is declined as invalid. Please help.

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can look into it. Make sure to prepare pictures of the front and back side of the Gift Card.

My gift card was was purchased in Australia. Pin number are hard to read. Not sure whether it's a 2 or Q etc

If the PIN is not working when you try to redeem it, it could be related to different factors. First, we'd recommend making sure you've entered the correct characters. Since you mentioned that a zero looks like a capital 'O', a capital 'I' looks like a number one, or a capital "S" looks like a number five, we'd recommend testing with these other characters to see if it makes any difference.

Also, remember that the gift card must have been purchased in the same country where you are currently located and also match the country of your account. So we'd also recommend making sure that the country registered in your account is the correct one. 

Note: Keep in mind that after some attempts, you can also get an error message. If you do, you can try again after 24 hours.
