Why won't the home screen on spotify work?

Every time I try to access a playlist, it gives me the loading sign and doesn't show it. I can only see my queue and what playlists are saved to my library. I can't delete or add playlists.

To investigate this further, can you let us know the following:

• Your device model, OS version and Spotify version.
• Does this happen on other devices/the web player as well?
• Does the issue persist with a different internet connection/different account?
• Is Offline mode disabled in the app's settings?

In the meantime, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Log out and back in a couple of times.
• Make sure that the Spotify app has access to your internet connection.
• Reinstall the app.

If possible, send us a few screenshots or a short video of how things look on your end.
