Windows Phone app freezes constantly

Hello.

I am using spotify on a regular basis, however the last couple of days it does not seem to work at all on my phone, which is very inconvenient as I cant run around with my tablet/laptop. So here is whats happening:

Every time I click on a song, regardless which song, the spotify app freezes and does not respond to commands at all. Shutting of the program and starting it again does not work. Reinstalling it from the store does not work. I've tried a lot of playlist, random songs. Tried clicking shuffle play to see if its any different. No luck.

Details:

- Nokia Lumia 735

- Latest available windows update for this phone.

- Latest available update for spotify.

I'd love to get some help regarding this. Quite boring to not be able to use spotify for what I bought it for in the first place. To listen to music while training or doing ordinary stuff like walking to the shop. All responces are appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the Community for help.

Could you try doing a soft reset of the phone? Just hold down volume and power button at the same time for about 10 seconds until phone resets. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. 

Let us know if this does the trick.
