Xbox One app showing wrong song

On the Xbox One Spotify app I have noticed the Now Playing song sometimes will get out of sync with the actual song playing. This seems to happen after some ads and also when removing a song from my collection. It will show the album/song/artist info for a random song and not one in the queue or playing currently.
