**bleep**, **bleep**, the **bleep** etc

**bleep**, **bleep**, the **bleep** etc

Just noticed that the words in the title of this post are banned on the community forums. They appear as ***bleep***:

**bleep**

The **bleep**

**bleep**

Why? Are we eight years old? Is the community forum run by fundamentalist Christians? Are we going to be doOoOmEd to h-e-double-hockey-sticks for invoking the names of the evil one?

Also, this is in part a music forum. This prohibits discussion of bands like Lucifer and The **bleep** And The Almighty Blues, as well as albums like The Satanist and **bleep** Worshipping Doom.

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

Hi Jeremy, I've had a look through those guidelines but can't find the relavent part. Can you please point out which part you mean?

Hey @HellishAbyss,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Users should always use an appropriate and respectful language when they post information in the Community. Point 8 from the Community Guidelines explains in details what could be considered detrimental to other users, Spotify employees or Community moderators.

We use a list of commonly blacklisted words that is found and implemented on many online forums and communities. We haven't actually picked every word ourselves, but rely on the best practices and tools that have proven themselves in the field.

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. If you need anything else, the Community is here for you.
