blends don’t change

i have an issue with the blend feature. my friends and i made a blend because it sounds like a fun concept, but since we made it last summer, it has not really changed. i know people from spotify have said that it’s based on your listening and you don’t know for sure what your friends are listening to but i know what i listen to and i can say that for sure the blend does not reflect this. our blend changes everyday, but it has been the exact same songs for months but in a different order. there’s songs in there that fall under my name that i haven’t genuinely listened to for MONTHS, or songs that i listened to exactly one time a few months ago. but, no songs that i have been listening to recently whatsoever. i’m not the only one who thinks this, my friends noticed it too without me saying anything. yes, we have tried making new ones, it never fixes the problem. i think the blend feature has such great potential and if it worked properly i would be obsessed, but it just isn’t good and i wish spotify would fix it!

Just to confirm, is this happening with only one user or with all users you have created a Blend playlist with? 

On another note, we recommend making sure that "Private Session" is off and that you're listening to music not only from other recommended playlists like Discover Weekly or Daily Mix, but through the Search option as well.

Lastly, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure you're running the latest version.
