“exclusive episodes for subscribers” feed card NOT showing up for all users in our podcast community

We have a podcast hosted on megaphone, and we use the optional exclusive episodes playlist to port our paywalled Patreon content into Spotify. 

I can see this option on my regular Spotify account, but some of our users cannot. Is this something that we are doing incorrectly, or is this an issue on the users end, and is there a fix?
