how can i use crossfade on chromebook?

Hey there, @whoismaazin,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Sounds like you're using the Web Player, which doesn't support crossfade / gapless playback at the moment and in general has fewer features compared to the desktop app. If your Chromebook is a 2018 model or later, you can install the app from the Google Play Store instead.

Hope this clears things up. The Community is just a post away if there's anything else you need assistance with.
