Hey there @LA_34,
Thanks for the info shared.
We'd like to check, is your account in our Premium service or is it free? Keep in mind that the country or region of your Spotify account is based on where you were when you signed up. If you have a free account, it's important for you to know: as part of our free tier service, you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. That being said, it's worth checking if the country or region you are in now matches the country or region on your account.
No worries, to do it, you can log in to your account page. You can follow the steps in this article to check and update the country or region if needed.
Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.
You should be able to access your account page, which is not the same as the app per se. The password to access it is the same you use to access the app.
Keep us in the loop about this!
Hey there,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
Does login on your old account work on a different mobile device? Have you traveled abroad recently and used your old account abroad?
Keep us posted.
Cheers!
I don't have another device to try other than my computer, which I can log into fine. No, I have not. I live abroad and started using Spotify while I was here, years ago

That was it! Thank you!
So I was based in one country and 2 weeks after I was in Italy, that's around when it stopped. I updated my country and now I can access it.
