linked wrong account to spotify on my ps4

I linked the wrong psn account to my spotify. And I can't or it won't let me log out of it from the other account, there's no option to log out.. Help plz!!!

Welcome to the community! Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Didnt work, tried it just in case and just like everyone else doesnt work at all, i really need help i want to use it on the right account so bad.

On your PS4, go to the right where your Spotify User Name is, click X over it and you'll find this screen (from my PS4 Spotify App): Your Spotify User Name will be unlinked from your PSN ID if you push X on the Log Out button.
