lyrics wont load, and says we cant provide???

If the Lyrics feature is not working at all, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This will help in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble to see if it makes any difference.

Also, if the issue persists, check if it happens with all songs or just some of them as it can be related with lyrics availability.

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
