not able to play long podcasts on iphone 11

when i try to play longer (2plus hours) i get an error message telling me to reload

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community and welcome!

Do you have these podcasts downloaded for offline listening? If that's the case and they're not downloaded properly, it's possible that's the reason why you're seeing this message.

If you haven't done this already, it's worth giving Spotify a clean reinstall as it helps resolve performance issues. It also clears the cache which can cause the app not to function properly if it's corrupted. You can follow the steps here.

Additionally, I recommend testing streaming the podcasts with a different network connection to see if that will make a difference and it's worth mentioning that after a reinstall you'd have to redownload the content (if you had the podcasts downloaded).
