Tenho a conta ha um tempo e troquei meu aparelho celular recentemente, não estou conseguindo baixar playlist de musica, aparece que preciso desativar o modo offline ou remover todos os downloads de outra aparelho. Porem, já fiz isso, troquei a senha, apaguei o aplicativo, instalei novamente, nada da certo. Eu pago o spotify para ouvir off-line e não estou conseguindo. Aguardo o redirecionamento de vocês!

Now, keep in mind that you can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices.

 

In that sense, it seems you’ve reached the aforementioned limit. In that sense, to be able to download any content on your new device, you’ll need to remove the downloads on the devices you no longer use. Keep in mind this needs to be done on your other devices, not on your new one. You can follow these steps to do it.
