"Intercourse"-related podcasts on Home page

To begin with, I really dislike podcasts suggestions on home page. I'll never listen to them. However, I'm not really annoyed by wasted space on screen, there is another problem with these podcasts.

Recently, Spotify started to recommend me podcasts about "Intercourse" (Site doesn't allow me to type this word directly, but I hope you get it). This topic triggers me, because I have serious mental trauma about it and mention of "Intercourse" constantly causing panic attacks for me, because I'm starting to remember all the humiliating things that happened to me.

I always open Spotify to listen to music that calms me down and helps me to go on and forget about my trauma, but now, sometimes, it does the opposite.

Disabling Explicit Content in settings doesn't change anything as such content still appears on my Home page and this can't be a solution, because I choose music that I listen and I'm perfectly fine with other Explicit-related topics.

Please, add an option to disable certain podcasts topics to hide them completely.
