"The Spotify 30 day offline authorization has expired."

"The Spotify 30 day offline authorization has expired."

I have (2) mp3 players, Mighty brand, that I use with my Spotify Premium account. Last week the Mighty stopped playing music - instead, I get the message "The Spotify 30 day offline authorization has expired. Connect to the Mighty app to renew the authorization." This has never happened before I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it. I'm really upset. Please help.

Hey @JessieAlan,

Thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like those mp3 players are playing Spotify offline and need to get an online refresh every once in a while.
Don't know if it would be of much help, but I found this on the Mighty website - it's instructions on how to connect the Mighty app to Spotify. Maybe you just need to renew the connection from there?

Keep us posted! We'll be on the lookout 🙂

Same problem here

Connection to Spotify in the Mighty App works

Switched offline off and on in Spotify to re-activate (or am I doing something wrong) to confirm that I have an premium account

All areas in the Mighty app confirm: Everything is ok

...then I connect it to my speakers...still telling me that the Spotify 30day offline authorisation has expired...blabla

SUPER ANNOYING

Can anyone please help on HOW (STEP by STEP) to solve this?

Many thanks
