shuffle doesn't go on.

when i click shuffle it says something like "you have found premium feature". i have spotify premium. why it doesn't go on?

Hi, welcome to the community. I'm sorry that your shuffle feature isn't working. If you have premium, you should be able to shuffle music.

To start, I'd recommend double-checking that you are signed into the right Spotify account. On the desktop app, you can do this by clicking the photo in the top right corner and clicking Account. On the mobile app, you can do this by tapping on the photo in the top left corner and selecting Account from there. Either page will show you what the subscription level is on your account.

If you are logged into the right account, the next thing I'd try would be logging out of and then back into the account. If that doesn't work, I would try deleting and re-downloading the app.
