spotify not work in my playstation 3

Hello everyone, I have problems whit my app I'm Spotify ps3 because when I start the app only can see this message " error to connect whit PlayStation network, please try again more later. " I call to playstation service and they no have any solution.
I try everything possibillitys I open a new account whit other mail and other id but nothing work.

Please somebody can help me? Thanks

Were you able to connect to Spotify with PS3 earlier?

Are you able to connect to the Playstation Network outside of Spotify?

If not, then there is a problem with your network-connection and not Spotify.

If yes, then I think you should contact Spotify support.
