spotify web player will not work/connect to other devices

hi. i am having a problem with the spotify web player currently where it will not play at all and my phone won't let me connect my spotify to it (many solves to this say to connect your phone to play on spotify web browser). can i please get help? i've cleared cache.

That doesn't sound cool.

Could you check if that happens in other browsers as well? And be sure to check if there is an update for your current browser ready that might fix this issue. ^^
