My Question or Issue

 My account failed to play music on any device (pc, laptop, mobile). I tried to log out, checked the connection, tried basically everything what's in the list on the support page. My colleague could play music on my pc, so we think that the problem is not with the device but with the account.
It stopped working approx. a week ago, then yesterday it worked again, but today it's the same as before. I can search for bands, songs, etc., but when I click on the play button it falls apart again and the page won't answer. It was the same on android (mobile) and windows (pc, laptop). What I was trying to use is the web player on chrome.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

If yes, be sure to ask your company's IT department if they have something set up (e.g. like Firewalls) that could block Spotify. ^^
