A family member has new phone. How do I re-add their existing family profil

I have a family plan, my daughter has a new phone and i cant figure out how to log her back into her spotify account from my family plan

Thanks for reaching out.

She just has to log into the same existing account that she used on her old phone 🙂

If she still has the old phone, she can head into the Spotify app settings and then click on Account to see the username she's logged in with.

Can you ask the plan owner to send you a new invite if your account isn't part of the plan at the moment? You can find some more useful information about joining a Family plan here.
