My Question or Issue

I'm currently studying overseas while using a family plan without any issue for the past 2 years but I was suddenly removed from my family plan without receiving any verification email yesterday.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You should have received an email explaining why you lost access to the Premium Family plan.

 

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to rejoin the current plan, but you can join a new plan that’s within your household, or start your own Premium subscription.

 

Lastly, remember that all members of Premium Family/Duo plans need to live at the same address. If you don’t share the same address as the other members, you won’t be able to join the plan.
